ClickUp is great, but...

With the statement “One app to rule them all”, ClickUp is the most feature-rich productivity software you can find. It comes with literally hundreds of features and regularly adds more.

ClickUp is trying to solve all problems for all people, and nothing is wrong with that. But in our opinion, when you try to please everyone, you please no one.

At first, it might seem great that you can do everything with one tool, but after a while, you realize you don’t need that many features.

Ask yourself: “How many features do I use on a daily basis?”

The problem is, offering a giant list of features comes with a cost:

The UI is cluttered and it’s difficult to use.

You’ll likely end up feeling overwhelmed and confused by too many options, too many buttons, and too many things to set up.

If you don’t use most of ClickUp’s features, consider a simpler tool like Upbase.
