We’re excited to introduce some fresh updates that will enhance your experience with Upbase. Let’s jump right in!

Recent items

Imagine the convenience of having your recent interactions right at your fingertips, accessible on the Daily Planner page. With this feature, you gain instant access to a list of 50 of your most recently viewed items, including tasks, docs, files, and messages. You also have the option to remove any items you don’t want to display on this page.

Furthermore, the “Recent Lists” page has now been incorporated within this “Recent” tab.

Only show unread notifications

You now have the option to hide all read notifications and only show unread ones. This will effectively clear away clutter and distractions, enabling you to concentrate on what truly matters: your unread notifications.

Multi-select tags in the Tag Manager section

You now have the ability to filter tasks by multiple tags across various lists in the workspace. In the Tag Manager section located in the left sidebar, simply click on the multi-select icon:

Once the multi-select mode is activated, you can choose multiple tags to filter tasks based on these selections. Furthermore, you have the option to pin the filter for future use.

Subtask sidebar

If you have many subtasks in Upbase, you’ll love this new feature. Now, navigating between subtasks takes just a single click.

On the subtask detail page, simply click the “Show subtask sidebar” icon to activate the sidebar.

The subtask sidebar will open, displaying all the subtasks associated with the parent task.

You can even add new subtasks and choose to show or hide completed subtasks in the sidebar.
