Duplicating lists

One of the most requested features is now live! With the ability to duplicate lists, you can save significant time and effort by avoiding the need to recreate similar lists from scratch.

To duplicate a list, simply click the ellipsis icon next to the list name and select “Duplicate.”

On the duplicate list popup, you can choose what to copy to the new list:

Daily Planner just got better

We’ve added some exciting new features to the Daily Planner to make it even better. Let’s explore the improvements:

Recent lists

With the new “Recent lists” page, you can access your most recently used lists with just one click. This feature is particularly helpful if you have many lists in your workspace, ensuring you can seamlessly pick up where you left off. There’s no more time wasted on navigating through folders or searching for the right list.

Customize widget tabs

Enjoy a clutter-free Daily Planner by hiding the tools you don’t use. This option effectively reduces unnecessary distractions, allowing you to focus on what matters most.

Stay on top of your overdue and incoming tasks

Your overdue and incoming tasks are now conveniently displayed on the Daily Planner page, ensuring you never lose track of what needs to be done. Stay organized and on top of your tasks!

“Tasks Assigned to Me” filter

By default, the Daily Planner page displays “tasks assigned to me” or “tasks created by me.” With this new filter, you now have the option to choose and show only “tasks assigned to me” if you want to focus solely on tracking your assignments.

Notes:

• When this filter is ON, any new task you add will be automatically assigned to you.
• Please be aware that this filter also applies to the newly added overdue and upcoming tasks pages.
