New in Upbase: Customize list modules, Lock pages, and more

We are excited to announce some new updates to Upbase that will make your work even more efficient and streamlined. Here are some of the latest features:

Customize list modules

We’ve added the ability to customize list modules to show or hide tasks, docs, files, messages, and chat features. This allows you to tailor your lists to suit your specific needs and preferences. Please note that any changes you make will be reflected to all list members.

Lock pages

You can now lock individual pages within your lists to prevent accidental changes, ensuring your data is always safe and secure. Page creators, the workspace owner, and admins have permission to lock or unlock a page. Regular members cannot lock or unlock a page created by others.

Drag and Drop to move tasks

You can now move tasks between lists with ease using our drag-and-drop functionality. This saves you time and hassle, as you no longer need to open the task details page to move tasks from one list to another.

Pro tip: Create an “Inbox” list and use it as a brain dump. Put down all the tasks you need to do in this list. Then, you can sort them into the appropriate lists later by using the drag-and-drop function.

Cmd/Ctrl + Enter to send comments

We’ve added a new shortcut to our comment feature, allowing you to send comments quickly and effortlessly. Simply press Cmd + Enter (Mac) or Ctrl + Enter (Windows) to send your new comment without having to use your mouse.

We hope these updates make your experience with Upbase even better. As always, we welcome your feedback and suggestions for how we can continue to improve the app.
