But be careful because <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.sagepub.com\/doi\/abs\/10.1177\/0305735610387777?journalCode=poma&amp;utm_source=zapier.com&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=zapier\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">familiar songs can be distracting<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19. Turn on video during team calls<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Face-to-face interactions are essential to ensure everyone is engaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Through body language expression, they help build empathy, trust, and prevent feelings of isolation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, try to join with your video turned on in your next meeting call.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It may feel daunting at the beginning, but you\u2019ll soon get accustomed to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/upbase.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/video-call-remote-working-tips.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">20.
