Such as: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Planned time<\/strong> \u2013 to estimate how much time to complete a task.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Actual time<\/strong> \u2013 to record how much time you\u2019ve actually spent working on a task.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Task timer<\/strong> \u2013 to keep you focused while working on a certain task and to record the accurate actual time taken to complete it.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(The way Sunsama takes into account variables\u2014<em>like the difference between planned and actual times, and the use of timers to record actual time spent on a task<\/em>\u2014makes it outstanding.) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides, there\u2019s a unique feature we barely find elsewhere:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>Align with objective<\/strong>\u201d \u2013 to align a certain task to one of your objectives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Channels &amp; Contexts <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Channels and contexts are the primary ways to categorize objectives, events, and tasks in Sunsama. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Channels<\/em> let you know where you spend your time. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Contexts<\/em> are to categorize channels.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most common use of these two features is to balance their work-life. Create two contexts, #work and #life.
